Retail Customers

The Art Center Gallery e-shop offers two payment methods.

Retail customers can use their PayPal account or Credit Card. Both methods are completely secure and do not store your credit card information in any way.

Secure Transactions

All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank’s “Alpha e-Commerce” electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.2 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encrypting information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs vary by destination. We ship our products worldwide.
You can calculate the shipping cost for each of your orders by selecting the “Shipping Calculation” link in your shopping cart before making a payment.

Shipping Costs

The basic cost for shipping throughout Greece is € 3.50 via ACS Courier. We offer free shipping for all of Greece with purchases over € 30.00. Usually shipped in 2 days. For cash on delivery payments the charge is € 3.00.
In case the destination is remote or inaccessible then you should pick it up from the nearest ACS store in your area

Order cancellation

Cancellation of the order at your own expense can be done in the following cases:
Before the order is completed, during the electronic ordering process you can remove products from your cart by clicking the X icon.
If the online order has been completed but the product has not been shipped yet, you can contact the Art Center Gallery by phone during business days and hours and one of our partners will cancel your order.
After sending the product, it is not possible to cancel your order.
